Comprehensive Leave:
 ATS provides a generous time-off program that includes annual paid vacation, paid sick leave, bereavement leave, and paid jury/military duty leave. In addition, all full-time ATS employees are eligible for ten paid holidays during the year.

 

Insurance Plans: We offer eligible employees and their dependents a variety of healthcare plans to choose from. Our healthcare package includes medical, dental and vision coverage as well as group term life insurance.

 

Retirement Plan:  After meeting certain eligibility requirements, ATS Employees can make (subject to Internal Revenue Code limits), pre-tax contributions to our 401(k) plan. Eligible participants receive matching contributions from ATS, based on a percentage of their salary deferral.
